In the areas of finance and banking, BFSC Law Firm (“BFSC“) is a new services provider, we have been involved in this market since 2010.

We have focused on developing and recruiting lawyers, advisers with intensive experience in consulting transnational capital, capital loans, credit financing transactions, etc., to develop BFSC into one of the leading Bank financial service providers in Vietnam.

We have attained experience in providing Bank finance services to Banks and credit institutions operating in Vietnam with major services including consultancy in developing the system of internal documents, financial institution documents, consultancy in  stock trading transaction, project finance, underwriting and project guaranty, etc., and provide legal services on risk identification and risk handling, dealing with bad debts for Banks.

We carry out (practise) Banking financial services for enterprises, corporations including major activities of investment, capital mobilization, financial consultancy and corporate finance restructuring, capital loan, guaranteeing and negotiation, restructuring debts and handling bad debts for enterprises and corporations at Banks and credit institutions.

We also provide (practise) consulting services in financing transactions, capital transactions, capital loan transaction of enterprises, corporations with international Banks and financial institutions.
