This activity includes the provision of investment advisory services in Vietnam to domestic and foreign investors, enterprises and corporations performing investment in Vietnam or investment from Vietnam to foreign countries.

We also provide consultancy, intermediary negotiation services for project investors in transactions of loan, credit financing, securities issuance to implement projects on the fields of real estate, energy and infrastructure.

We has provided legal services to Banks, financial organizations in evaluating documents, consulting in and issuing legal opinions for the purpose of making decisions in financing, lending, guarantee, etc., implementing projects.

By the beginning of 2018, BFSC Law Firm has initially gained the achievements and received positive and reliable recognization from State management agencies, Banks and financial institutions, investors as well as enterprises.
